Private Grills, while not as much a problem as it was 3 months ago, we still have residents who insist on using their own grills despite their being a fire hazard. Some residents, including 208, keep the grills inside and bring them out for a day to use them then put them back inside. A few (see photos) just keep them outside and don't seem to mind if they are seen. The latter residents are renters in the developers units in the back of the property.
