Private Grills, while not as much a problem as it was 3 months ago, we still have residents who insist on using their own grills despite their being a fire hazard. Some residents, including 208, keep the grills inside and bring them out for a day to use them then put them back inside. A few (see photos) just keep them outside and don't seem to mind if they are seen. The latter residents are renters in the developers units in the back of the property.

Compare May of 2010 to May of 2009

Last May there were 12 grills and this year there are at least 12. Some this year are being taken out, used and put back in the unit, also the one at Building 14 is hidden under a bush and not easy to see. So in summary: Nothing has changed in the last year.

These 4 grills are still here from May of 2009:
1501, 1110, 1106 & 1114.

These units no longer have grills:
1505, 907 & 1402

706 and 516 are taken in when not in use.

NCC Provides several authorized grill sites

The sites are far enough from the buildings so that there is no danger of an accident causing a building fire.
